Loan company took $600 and now their phone is disconnected

I got a call from Brittany Kennedy at Valora monetary firm. She offered me a $5000 loan at $200 a month which sounded good. But she said I either needed a cosigner or I could pay the first three months as a collateral payment. So I sent $600 through Money Gram to the lender in Ontario Canada. I have the receipt if anyone needs to see it.

Well that wasn't good enough for them. They came back asking for another $600 and I just couldn't do it. They told me I would get a refund months later but that never happened. I tried calling and the number is just disconnected now. Emails go unanswered too. I dealt with three of their people - Brittany Kennedy, Kevin, and Orton William who I actually sent the money to. Neil Bailey was also involved somehow.
