Ordered a glucose meter but got a cheap oximeter instead

I was looking online for a non invasive blood glucose meter for my wife, one that didn't need finger [censored]ing. They advertised this "non invasive smart blood sugar tracking device 99.9% accuracy" and said it was doctor approved and all that. So I ordered it on Jul 27th.

They gave me a tracking number that never worked. I had a bunch of emails with them about it and now I realize they're probably in China. The item finally showed up on Aug 7th. It's not what they advertised at all. I sent them pictures of what they showed on their site and what I actually got. It's a SMH-01 model oximeter, not a glucose meter.

They apologized and offered me 10 percent back if I didn't report them or leave a bad review. I told them that's not acceptable. I paid about 35 dollars for this thing and it's useless for what I needed. Their website is Valorsus.com and the email I've been dealing with is [email protected].
