Ordered slacks from Vany Charm and never got them

I ordered 4 pair of slacks from Vany Charm, order number #9462-22609. I got a confirmation on August 31 and the shipping date was supposed to be September 5-15. It's now 9-23-2026 and I still have not received my order. The charges were on a Vanilla Gift Card. I paid $75.91 and have nothing to show for it.
