Memory supplement ad said NBC and doctors supported it

I saw an online ad for memory supplements that said NBC and doctors supported it. So I ordered. When the 6 bottles came, the ingredients were disturbing to me, so I called to get a return authorization.

I sent a lot of emails to a rep named Aline Martins, Senior VIP Support Analyst on the VapoCept Team. They would only credit me $76.44. I paid $294.00 on my Amex on 8/21/2026 to BT*BuyGoods. I still have the bottles, not even opened. I want all my money back. Thank you.
