Website for accordion folder to hold my personal papers

I got an email from Varitino and then went to their website, Varitino.com. They sell an accordion package to hold a bunch of papers for personal information for when you pass away. That's what I needed, something to keep all my information in one place.

I lost $39.94 on this. The email was [email protected]. I'm in the United States. That's really all I have to say about it.

Ordered a game from Varitino and never got it

I ordered a game from varitino.com on August 4, 2026. I paid $20.94 and never received the product. So I emailed the company to ask about it. They told me it was in transit. It sat in Chicago for weeks, which didn't make sense to me.

I emailed again and on August 31 they said the item was delivered to my front door. I did not get it. I checked my ring camera and there is no delivery at all that day. I emailed them back and told them my camera shows nothing on August 31. I asked for the time it was delivered and proof of delivery, and said I would go through the ring camera again if they gave me that. Once I asked for proof, I never heard back from them.

My bank tried to get the funds back and couldn't. Now I can't get in contact with the company at all. I think it's a fraudulent company scamming people.
