Paid for cards that never left the warehouse

I ordered 5x $100 USD from Vaulted Rarities back on July 10, 2026. The tracking still says the package hasn't left the San Francisco warehouse. I called DHL and they told me Vaulted Rarities never even handed the package over to them. And since I'm paying in Canadian dollars it ended up costing me more than the US price.

There's no way to get a hold of these people. I posted comments everywhere on their Facebook page and emailed them 2 times. Nothing.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
