Ordered through TikTok shop but package never came

I ordered something through TikTok shop from velanyra.com. Got a confirmation email and tracking info, everything seemed fine. Then I got an email from Track718 saying the delivery was completed but nothing ever showed up at my door. No package at all. I'm out $40 and can't get anyone to respond about where my order actually went.

Ordered in July and still nothing but $3 back

I ordered from velanyra.com and paid $75 in July using ***** ***. In August I got an email saying it was delivered but it never showed up. They offered me 20% and a reship, but only refunded $3 instead of $15.

Then they said the reship was delivered on 9/14 and it wasn't. Now they want me to deal with their bad shipping like it's my problem. I got no shipment and no real refund.
