YouTube ad for Velnovaa took my money and no package
They told me the items would come in 3 to 7 days. It has been over 30 days now.
I was sent a tracking number and it showed the product was coming from China. I never got it. The tracking says the item was delivered on 10/01/26 at 13:30pm, but I checked it on 9/30/26 and it already showed that. That does not make any sense.
These people are collecting personal information and credit from customers. Beware of these scammers.
