Two dresses ordered but only one came and it was wrong
I emailed them at [email protected] to start a return right away because I wanted to send it back. No response. I asked for a refund for both dresses since I never got the second one and the first one was unusable. Still nothing from them.
They did respond to my credit card company about the dispute, but they won't answer me. I still haven't gotten a return label or any money back. Total I lost was $190.
