Ordered shorts from Velornae and only got charged
Then I noticed the charge on my card was $30.99, not $24. I tried to email them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote me back. The phone number they had listed, 1(504) 669-5437, just rings and rings. No voicemail or anything.
The shorts never showed up. I just want my money back. I don't know what else to do at this point.
