Horrible experience

First off, by checking out product on this site, you are automatically signing up for a month $40 membership that is not clearly defined at check out. Second, I ordered a pair of shoes, they shipped via FedEx and my package was delivered to the wrong address. I provided pictures showing it was not my house and that I either needed a full refund or the product I purchased, reshipped. They have continually argued with me on fulfilling either request and offered a 25% refund! I need the product I ordered or a full refund, NO OTHER OPTIONS. I would NEVER recommend ordering from this place. BEWARE!

Backpack order tracking says delivered before I ordered it

I saw this ad on social media for a backpack and ordered it from their website velour.co. It was $39. Just a normal purchase, nothing fancy.

Now their customer support can't give me any valid tracking info. When I asked where the product was, they just took the money from my account. I didn't even get a real answer.

The tracking number they finally did send me says the package was delivered before the date I even placed the order. That doesn't make any sense. I emailed [email protected] but they won't give me a straight answer about anything.
