Ordered dresses from TikTok shop and never got them

I ordered a pack of dresses from Velynovae on 07.09.2026 and never got them. I found them through TikTok, that's where their site was. I paid 26 dollars for the whole thing.

I've tried emailing them, that's the only contact info they have. [email protected] is the address. I just want a response or my money back. But I get nothing back. It's been a while now and I just don't know what else to do.

OMG same but with pants... it says 5-7 business days, but they supposedly got delivered today over a month later but they aren't there and then when I checked the address they had my city and state correct but the zip code was for a city over a hour away from me so I have no idea where this order went... I just emailed their customer service email.. Which actually responded the first time i emailed them about my order and received a tracking number for them, and demanded a full refund because I was sick of the waiting and then not being able to access my order or tracking easily.. also they do not let you know who is going to be delivering the order so there is no one to reach out to if theres an issue with delivery
