Someone from Facebook Marketplace filed fraud claims after I paid them

I paid this person through Venmo and PayPal. They were a buyer from Facebook Marketplace. Then they turned around and filed fraud claims against me.

I submitted a statement of fraud to both Venmo and PayPal. I also filed an IC3 report. That's $3,267 I'm out.

I don't know what else to do here. I did everything I was supposed to do.
