Employment offer letter but never spoke to anyone

I applied for an online position and never talked to a single person. Next thing I know I get an employment offer letter telling me to sign it and send it back. The email said to connect with my assigned supervisor on Microsoft Teams. Something about the whole thing felt off. No interview, no call, nothing. Just an offer out of nowhere. The phone number they used was (801) 675-8251 and the website is www.ventalhealth.fit. I didn't lose any money but it still seems strange.
