Ordered handmade copper jewelry, tracking stopped days later
Tracking showed movement until 6/29 and then just stopped. It is now 7/16 and nothing has shown up. I sent emails to [email protected] asking where my stuff is. No reply at all. I also filled out the contact form on their website. Still nothing. I lost $123.49 on this.
Order from Veras-copper.com says Arizona but really in Hong Kong
They said to get a refund I would have to wait until it delivered and then pay to return it, when they received it back they would issue a refund. It took two weeks after I contacted them that it delivered to get them to give me the return instructions. I googled the address they gave me for their return warehouse and google showed a picture of a Burger King restaurant. I lost $106.00. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They need to be reported.
