Bought something online and now they want more money for shipping
I emailed them a few times asking for a refund since the product never showed up. They finally replied and said to refund me, I needed to send more money to cover the shipping costs. But I already paid shipping in the first transaction. That didn't make any sense. Their email is [email protected] and their phone number is (930) 222-0722. I just want my money back.
Paid for four items online and nothing ever showed up
Order was confirmed on July 5, 2026. They gave me the email [email protected] for contact but that email doesn't work, nobody replies. I paid with my debit card and I'm still waiting for the package. It never showed up. I'm checking with my bank now to see if the money actually came out of my account. Their phone number was (930) 222-0722 but I haven't called it.
