Dentures online were nothing like the ad showed

I ordered dentures from this person Veronica Puentes. The ad showed them as bendable and flexible, indestructible, long life, comfortable fit for all sizes and shapes of mouths. That's what was advertised.

When they got here they were nothing like that. Nothing like how they were described or marketed. Totally unusable.

I paid $39.99 for these. The phone number was (555) 227-6667 and the email was [email protected].
