Seller sent tracking number but item went somewhere else

I ordered from this seller and they gave me a tracking number. They used some local delivery agent who said the item was delivered. It was not delivered to my address. I checked my security camera footage and it shows nothing was ever dropped off here.

I contacted the seller and asked for a refund. Ever since then it has just been a run around. No real answers, just back and forth with nothing resolved. I'm out $55.

Do not purchase from this seller.
