Phone call saying they could recover money my dad lost

VersaPay called my elderly dad and told him they were a way to recover people's money who had been scammed. They gave him this number to call back on 613-423-0506.

I called Ecautious.com to check on them. There is a website but it doesn't give any contact info, and they are located out of Toronto not Ottawa. The person also called from 2 other numbers - 581-500-3772 and 581-509-5448.

They are scammers and I wanted to report them to Ecautious.com to warn others.
