Fryer legs broke while I was cooking at an event

Save your money. I bought this fryer for about $400 and figured I'd get my money's worth but it's nothing but a shiny turd. The welds started cracking within a week and then the legs broke WHILE I WAS COOKING AT AN EVENT. I had to stop what I was doing and catch the hot fryer before it hit the ground, then set it on a table. It also struggles to keep the temperature where you need it.

I reached out to Vevor asking for a refund and they have been dragging their feet on the process. I requested the refund a week ago and they're still taking their time. Please save your money or spend it elsewhere. Do not waste your time or money with this company or this product. Trash.
