Website showed a 13 inch crystal duck but sent a tiny replica

I ordered a crystal glass duck from Vexroam.com as an anniversary gift. The pictures on the website showed a beautiful 13 inch tall crystal duck. What I got was a 5 inch replica of something that kind of looks like a duck. It's not even close to what was advertised.

I paid $46.96 for this. The size is completely wrong and the quality is nothing like the photos. It looks cheap and nothing like crystal glass.

I tried to get my money back but got nowhere. Just want to warn others so they don't waste their money like I did.
