Fake vendor fee for a fall festival that wasn't real

Someone made a fake event that looked exactly like another one I had signed up for. He was asking me for a vendor fee to be a vendor at a fall festival. I called the city FB to verify my booth and my account wasn't there. I was then informed this person was not associated with the festival. He hung up the phone on me when I called him. His phone number is (213) 218-5017 and his email is [email protected]. He said he was in Jenkintown, PA. I lost $250.
