Charged $3.99 then $7.99 twice and no shows would play

I paid for 1 day UNLIMITED watching at a discounted rate of $3.99 and they charged me the daily rate plus the initial $7.99 right after. I didn't even get 1 day of unlimited viewing before I hit another paywall. I protested the charge and it got reversed, so I tried again with another special rate of $3.99 for unlimited viewing and I couldn't even re-watch the shows I had already watched or watch any new ones. I got charged $3.99 again and then right behind that $7.99 twice.

Thinking third time's a charm, I unlinked my bank account and set up a limited transaction card and tried the 3rd time. No go. $3.99 then $7.99 then $7.99 again and NO SHOWS could be watched.
