Mail about home warranty I never signed up for

I got this piece of mail in today about a home warranty. It's signed by Vicki Mercer and the number on it is 1-888-538-0818. The letter is telling me I need to call them with this code to avoid any unnecessary delays in my coverage. But I don't have a home warranty, so this has to be a scam.

They even put a customer id number on there and a temporary card at the bottom of it. It's just a sales pitch really. I already reported it to Ecautious.com. Just wanted to put this out there so other people know about it.
