Letters saying my home warranty expired and to call Vicky Mercer

I keep getting these letters in the mail saying my home warranty was about to expire or already expired. They tell me to contact Vicky Mercer, Program Director, right away.

There's a phone number on there, (888) 538-0818. I don't even know who these people are. No real company name on it that I can tell.

I got multiple of these letters. It just seems off to me.
