Ordered from Facebook and never got my product

I ordered a product through Facebook on 9-3-26. I got an order number and tracking from Teamjoy Sleeve Statement LLC. It's now 10-6-26 and I still haven't received anything. I paid $54.98. The website is virexonics.com and their email is [email protected]. I also have a phone number for them, 463-310-2064. No product, no update, nothing.
