Online order from Virgine Cannabis never showed up

I ordered from Virgine Cannabis online and they make you spend at least $100 minimum. They text you asking for payment and I paid through Apple Cash. Then they wanted to register me through statemmc cannabis and asked for $299 and then another $199 as a refundable retainer. They said I would get that refunded after the delivery. The delivery never came. I lost $600 total. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is (646) 206-8564. This whole thing is not real.
