Leggings tore after three wears and no reply about warranty

I ordered compression leggings from this website and they came with a 30 day warranty. I wore them maybe three times and the crotch just tore right open. The stitching was not good at all.

So I emailed them about the warranty and they asked me to send photos and a video of the product. I did that right away. Then nothing. I followed up a couple more times and still no answer. This was all within the 30 day window so I don't get why they went quiet. Paid about $36 for these and they didn't even last a week of actual use.
