Website says 60 day refund but no one will help me

I ordered from vitalitydealhub.shop and the product doesn't work at all. When I try to contact customer service they just have me going in circles. Nobody will give me my refund even though it clearly says I have 60 days to return it.

I've asked numerous times for help and there is no management that has ever gotten back to me. I tried several times. They won't give me a return address or let me talk to a manager.

This cost me $300 and they still won't refund me. The address on the site is 19655 E 35th dr. Ste 100, Aurora, CO 80011. Just want my money back.
