Ordered three air coolers from Vitamorr and got nothing

I ordered 3 portable overhead air-conditioning systems on August 1 2026 from vitamorr.com. They said delivery would be 3 to 4 days. That never happened. I never got anything from them. My bank already paid the charge though, $249.00 total.

I have tried to find a way to contact this company but there is no information available. No phone number, no email, nothing. I saw other negative reviews about them too. Ecautious.com even posted that this is a fraudulent company. So why are they still allowed to keep doing business and taking people's money? How do we get our product or our money back? The government needs to track these thieves down and stop these online hackers.

I am 67 years old and really need a cooling system. We have no air conditioning at all here, just hot air suffocating us. Please help.
