Lawnmower purchase from Vitcher.com turned out to be a scam
Right after that I got a notice from my credit card company about a foreign transaction. That made me think this company might be fraudulent. But I decided to just let the order go through and see what happened. After a week went by with no update, I emailed them to ask about my order. Another week passed with no reply. Then I tried calling the number listed on their site, (712) 217-4726, but it was busy every single time I called.
At that point I knew I'd been scammed. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they credited my account about a week later. I'm just writing this to put my experience on record so maybe someone else doesn't fall for it. Their address is listed as 604-606 IA-175 in Ida Grove, IA but who knows if that's even real.
Ordered items from vitcher.com and nothing ever came
The address they have listed is 604-606 IA 175 in Ida Grove, IA. I looked into it and there is no business there at all. It's just a fake location. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and also called the number on the site, (712) 217-4726, but I haven't gotten any reply from either. So I'm out a thousand bucks and have nothing to show for it.
Order from vitcher.com never arrived and no one answers
The phone number they have, (712) 217-4726, either rings forever or has a busy signal. They have a chat bot on the site but it's never actually available. When I emailed them at [email protected] they just replied saying my item shipped that day, even though they already told me it shipped two weeks earlier. I'm out $142.50 and have nothing to show for it.
