Ordered two patio umbrellas and never got them

I bought 2 15" patio umbrellas with the stand from Vivifyra.com. That came out to $65. I placed the order and that was it. Nothing ever showed up.

I tried reaching out to them about it. The number I have is (410) 258-4517. They're listed as being in Honolulu, HI. I just want my money back or the umbrellas I paid for.

No one has gotten back to me about this and I'm not sure what else to do.
