Facebook ad purchase charged twice and card got cancelled
Both charges on my statement show up as “shopnivelle.com” which is not even the name of the company I bought from. I tried emailing [email protected] but I don't know if they even look at it. I just want my money back for both charges since I have nothing to show for it. The website is just Facebook, I didn't even have a real order number or anything.
