Spider-Man backpack never showed up from Vossera

I bought a Spider-Man backpack from Vossera at the beginning of August. They said it would be delivered in 5-7 business days. It's been over a month now and I still don't have it. There are no tracking updates either.

I emailed their customer support, which is the only contact they list, and never got a response back. Nothing.

Just be careful with this company. Think twice before ordering from them.
