Sneakers never arrived and they blocked me on Instagram

I ordered a pair of sneakers from their website vylene.com and paid $109. Right away they said the shipment was on its way. That went on for 3 weeks. Every time I asked, it was just "it's on its way."

The 4th week they told me it had arrived. But nothing ever showed up at my house. I emailed them at [email protected] and got no real answer. Then I tried to message them on Instagram and they just blocked me. So now I'm out the money and have no sneakers. They just stopped talking to me.
