Ordered from a website in June and still nothing

I ordered one thing from this website through the Shop app. It took forever to come so I opened up a case and it said that I had no evidence I ordered. This was back in June and I still have yet to receive it.

I have contacted them by email. Their phone number is completely shut off. There's no way to contact them and I am still waiting on this item. Lost $80.
