Calls saying I owe a hospital bill but no bill in mail

Someone keeps calling me from 678-590-4854 saying I owe a hospital bill. I told them to send me the bill by mail. They just keep calling and leaving that same number. I don't call back.

I have insurance that covers 100 percent of my bills. So this doesn't make sense to me. I was scammed once before by Walden Pierce Group.
