Ordered shoes online and can't get a return label

I ordered a pair of women's shoes on July 17th and they came on July 30th. The shoes were too big even though I ordered a smaller size because my original one wasn't available. I replied to their email asking for a return label. We went back and forth with emails and they kept offering me 20 to 100 percent store credit and telling me I could just keep them. I kept saying I didn't want the shoes and just wanted a return label. Finally after I said I would report them they offered one. But then they said they would refund me the full price but I had to send the shoes back to China at my own risk. Which makes no sense because they have addresses in Delaware, New York, and Wyoming. I'm not going to send a package to China. I'll just talk to my bank about this and email them asking for a US address. Paid 79.95 total.
