Ordered shoes online and return policy changed after I paid
They told me if I send the shoes back I will only get store credit. That is not what the website says at all. I paid $59.95 and just want my money back. The emails feel like a bot wrote them and nobody actually reads what I say.
I have the email [email protected] and I keep writing to it but it goes nowhere. Just want a real refund not store credit I will never use.
