Phone call saying there was a PlayStation order on my account

I got a call from someone named Alex Christopher, badge J112185, saying he was with Walmart fraud protection. He told me there was an order on my account for a PlayStation and VR equipment and he needed to verify my name, address and phone number to cancel it. He said it was placed online on my Walmart account.

I didn't give him any info. I googled it after and found a YouTube video about this exact scam.

Then I got another call, this one from someone named Kimberly saying she was from account security and fraud prevention. She started talking about a $1599 transaction made using my account information for an online purchase. The number that called was (917) 615-1625.
