Called about debt settlement and then left threatening voicemails

A person called me and said they were with Walter Williams & Associates. They told me they represented a creditor that was trying to sue me, but they could offer a one time settlement for half of the original debt. She sent me a bogus looking docusign attachment. I told her if this is a legit company, to send me a secure link to pay. Of course she said that wasn't an option.

After I blocked the fake email address and cut off all communication, someone started calling me leaving intimidating voicemails. They said a complaint had been filed in their office and the issuing agent would be reaching out to me at my home or place of employment. They said I needed to call 855-636-0206 to avoid further action.
