Text saying I won a Bahamas trip from a mall card

I filled out one of those cards at the mall to win a Bahamas vacation. Next thing I know, they texted me saying I won. So I called them back and had to listen to a 20 minute spiel about how this is not a timeshare. It was supposed to be a solo trip though. If I wanted to bring someone else, it would be 39.98 right then and there. Like I'm going to give my info over the phone like that. And then it would go from a 4 day 3 night trip to a 7 day 6 night for 59.00 per night for the extra person.

I went to their website, waltonvacations.com, to check it out before deciding. Every option in the drop down menu works except the "my account login" which I had set up with my email when I was on the phone with them. Kind of strange that the one thing I actually need to use is the one thing that doesn't work. Just wanted to look at my trip details before I gave them anything.

Won a free trip but got charged for an upgrade

I got contacted about winning a free vacation to the Bahamas. It sounded legit so I gave them my credit card info to upgrade from a 1 person trip to a two person trip. They charged me $39.98 for that.

After I looked into it more, I realized it was a scam. They have me scheduled to pay four payments of $89 to cover the cost of the guest. I need to get out of that because I've read that most people don't even receive their vacation. Their phone number is (561) 867-7384 and the website is waltonvacations.com. I just want this stopped.

Won a free vacation at the mall but they wanted my credit card

There was a booth at the Plymouth Meeting Mall advertising a free vacation giveaway. I entered the raffle and they said I won. So I called the number they gave me to redeem it and they told me I had to pay money first. Then they asked for my credit card info and my address.

I gave them the info but I never got any trip information or anything. I never heard back. I think they are just tricking people into thinking they won something so they can steal credit card numbers and personal info. Please look into this.
