Paid for vacation upgrade that turned out to be a scam

I filled out one of those pink slips at Lenox mall in Atlanta Georgia. You know the kind they have sitting on the cars in the middle of the mall. I didn't think anything of it at the time.

So I get this text message saying I won a free vacation to the Bahamas. I was pretty excited about it honestly. I called the number they gave me and the guy was really nice and talked me into paying 39.99 for an upgraded package. Seemed like a good deal at the moment.

After I paid I tried to find out more info about the trip and thats when things started feeling off. The website is Waltonvactions.com and I think they might be at the Lenox mall address still. But nobody answers when I call back and I never got any confirmation for the actual vacation. Pretty sure I just threw away 40 bucks. Should have known better I guess.
