Letter about vehicle warranty discrepancy that says it is urgent
I called the number and it claimed to be "Warranty Service Programs" which was also on the letter. When on the phone they put you on hold and tell you all calls are "recorded" but refuse to give their website if asked without you identifying yourself or the ID number for the vehicle that was on the letter. They pretended to get a manager and that is when I hung up.
