Charged multiple times for a book I never got

I tried to buy a book online and never received the product. Then on days I wasn't even online, I got charged multiple times for $19.99 each. I reported it to my bank and the charges are still coming through. I've lost $1100 total from all this. I just need these fraudulent charges to stop.
