Letter saying we owe for home warranty we never bought
My spouse called the number on the letter, 888-523-2836, to ask how this even started. Talked to someone for over 30 minutes before the call finally ended. The guy said he would send a copy of the warranty paperwork in the mail but I doubt we will see anything.
Washington Mutual was closed and rebranded by J.P. Morgan Chase back in 2008. So this makes no sense at all. We lost no money but we want this reported and looked into.
