Fake tracking number from hat website that uses Shopify

I ordered a hat from waveyhats.com and thought it was fine because the site is through Shopify so it seemed legit. Paid 39 dollars for it. They gave me a tracking number from FedEx but when I looked it up it was going to a different location. Not my address at all.

I tried to dispute it with FedEx but they said it wasn't my package so there was nothing they could do. I think this is what they call triangulation or something. The company is at 7825 Ellis Rd in Melbourne FL and their phone number is (706) 251-4336 but I doubt anyone answers. Just a fake business selling hats. Support email is [email protected] but I'm not expecting a reply.
