Hair dryer never showed up and they stopped answering

I ordered a hair dryer from Wavyhairco.com on July 14, 2026. Paid $159.90 for it.

The delivery date came and went. I emailed them and got responses twice, but the item never arrived. Last status update was July 27 and then nothing. They just stopped responding to my emails after that.

I tried emailing [email protected] again but no reply. Also tried calling (703) 508-9787 and nothing. The hair dryer never made it past that July 27 status. Just out $159.90 and no product.

Ordered in July and still no package from wavyhairco

I placed an order on July 13 and my credit card was charged right away. That was months ago and I still don't have what I paid for. The first time there was a delay they apologized and then sent me some cheap socks that I didn't even want. They said they would resend the correct order.

They sent the reorder on August 10. The tracking says it was delivered on September 4, but nothing showed up at my door. I've spent $159.90 and have nothing to show for it except a pair of socks. Emailed [email protected] and haven't gotten anywhere helpful. Just want my money back or my order.
