Fake Wayfair number asked for my card and computer access

I googled Wayfair customer service and called the number I found. It turned out to be a fraud number. They told me they needed to access my computer to send me to the right address to file the claim.

The Wayfair form I filled out asked for a credit card and expiration date. After that I noticed attempted charges on several accounts.

I lost $500 from this.
