Dress came 15 days late and it was the wrong one
I contacted them and told them exactly what happened. I said they needed to refund me and send a shipping label for the return, since that's what it says on their website. They wrote back and offered to let me keep the dress and give me a 20% refund instead. That's not what I asked for and not what their site says.
I'm out $86.10 and still stuck with a dress nobody ordered.
